Job Title: Truck Driver

Position Overview
The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods and materials using company trucks. The role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, company policies, and delivery schedules, ensuring that all loads are handled responsibly and documentation is accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Operate heavy trucks and trailers to transport goods between company facilities, clients, and designated destinations.
Ensure the truck is properly loaded, secured, and balanced according to safety and legal requirements.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or damages immediately.
Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and trip sheets.
Follow designated routes and schedules while complying with local and national transport regulations.
Adhere to all safety and company policies regarding driving, loading, unloading, and vehicle maintenance.
Communicate with the dispatcher or operations team regarding delivery updates, route changes, and any delays.
Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Assist with loading/unloading when required.
Report incidents, accidents, or traffic violations promptly to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Heavy Vehicle (HTV) or Heavy Truck Driver License (Saudi or GCC).
Minimum 5 years of truck driving experience (preferably in logistics or freight transport).
Good knowledge of Saudi roads, traffic rules, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and complete transport documentation (delivery notes, manifests, etc.).
Physically fit and capable of handling loading tasks if needed.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality.
Basic Arabic and English or Urdu communication skills.
Working Conditions
Work involves long hours and interstate/long-distance driving.
May require weekend or night shifts depending on delivery schedules.
Exposure to varying weather conditions and road environments.
